1. WHOLE WHEAT GRAVY
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. any kind of meat fat
- 2 tbsp. Butterfly Atta Mark1
- 2 cups meat broth or liquid
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat fat in frying pan and stir in the Butterfly flour.
- Add meat broth or liquid, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil and turn down heat to simmer for a few minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve it straight away.
