1. WHOLE WHEAT GRAVY

 

 

 

Ingredients 

 

  • 2 tbsp. any kind of meat fat
  • 2 tbsp. Butterfly Atta Mark1
  • 2 cups meat broth or liquid
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

 

  1. Heat fat in frying pan and stir in the Butterfly flour.
  2. Add meat broth or liquid, stirring constantly. 
  3. Bring to a boil and turn down heat to simmer for a few minutes. 
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve it straight away.

 

 

 

 

 

 


2. BUTTERFLY WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES

 

     Makes: 8 Pancakes

 

Ingredients 

 

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups Butterfly Atta Mark1
  • 3 eggs

 

Method

 

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix Butterfly Atta Mark1, baking powder and salt together.
  2. Add oil, milk, and eggs and mix together.
  3. Cook on a hot griddle.
  4. As a variation instead of salty pancakes you can make sweet ones by adding sugar to taste instead of salt.
