Made from Whole Wheat, Butterfly Atta Mark 1 is a high quality, Stone Ground Fortified Whole Wheat flour. It is 100% Kenyan grown. The raw wheat is stone ground using modern machinery preserving the bran content and essential nutrients, fibre, and distinct flavour. The stone grinding process ensures a high-quality Atta four which absorbs more water into dough to make fluffy Rotis and Chapatis which remain softer for longer.
