Soft & Fluffy Chapatis with Atta Mark 1


Ingredients


  • 2 cups Butterfly Atta Mark 1
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:


Step 1

Mix Atta Mark 1 and salt in a bowl.

Step 2

Gradually add water, kneading the dough until it’s soft and pliable.

Step 3

Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into chapati-sized circles.

Step 4

Heat a griddle or pan, add oil and cook the chapatis flipping them every so often until they puff up and have golden spots.

Delicious and healthy Green Gram Curry


Ingredients


  • 1 cup Green Grams (from our special offer!)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions


Step 1

Boil Green Grams until soft, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.

Step 3

Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Step 4

Stir in ginger-garlic paste, followed by tomatoes, and cook until they soften.

Step 5

Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 6

Pour in the cooked Green Grams and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 7

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
